Ingredients:
Small carrot – 1
Cabbage leaves – 1 to 2
Beans – a handful
Coriander leaves – a small handful
Onion – 1/4 of a bulb
Pepper
Himalayan pink salt
Method of preparation:
- Chop the vegetables roughly.
- In a pressure cooker, add all the vegetables and water.
- Pressure cook the vegetables for 3 whistles.
- When the broth is done, set up a strainer in a large pot.
- Pour the vegetables and broth into the strainer; then, drain the broth.
- Add pepper and salt to taste to the strained broth.
- Serve and enjoy!
