This course is based on my favorite Ayurvedic text book, Ashtanga Hridayam – one of the three fundamental text books of Ayurveda. In this course I take you on a journey of understanding the basics of Ayurveda from start to finish as described in the Ashtanga Hridaya. By the end of the course you will be able to understand the complex Ayurvedic verses in the simplest way, allowing you to apply it into your everyday life!
