“*Introduction to Ayurveda*
Like many Keralites, I was introduced to Ayurveda at a young age. My first memory of it dates back to when I was 5 years old and fractured my left arm.
*Early Exposure to Ayurveda*
Ayurveda has always been an integral part of my life. It wasn’t until I joined VPSV Ayurveda College Kottakkal that I realized it is more than just a form of medicine—it’s a way of life.
*Educational Journey*
Completing my BAMS degree, I ventured into consultation in my local area. However, my path soon led me to Mumbai, where I joined the prestigious Bombay Keraleeya Samaj’s Ayurvedic Clinic in Mulund.
*Professional Growth*
My time at Bombay Keraleeya Samaj was invaluable, allowing me to serve diverse patients across multiple branches, including Chembur and Matunga. In Matunga, I experienced what I consider my golden period, treating over 30-35 patients daily and encountering a wide range of cases.
*Ayurveda as Lifestyle*
I firmly believe in Ayurveda as a lifestyle, guiding my patients toward holistic well-being. By understanding their prakruti and doshas, I tailor treatments to restore balance and address ailments through diet, lifestyle modifications, and physical therapies.
*Global Healing*
My journey continued at Thapovan Ayurveda in Powai, Mumbai, where I had the privilege of treating patients from around the world. Learning from them, I emphasize the importance of harmony between one’s body and environment, a lesson gleaned from my international clientele.
*Continuous Learning and Growth*
Through sharing knowledge and embracing experiences, I continually strive to enhance my journey in Ayurvedic healing, enriching both my practice and the lives of those I serve.”
