"My goal is to make 'being healthy' simple and helping people achieve optimal health. I believe in the power of lifestyle as a magic pill to being healthy and my treatment focuses on the four pillars of health viz. nutrition, exercise, sleep and relaxation. As doctors we are largely taught to 'cure' illnesses by symptomatic treatments. The good news is that there is a proven way to treat illnesses succesfully - treating patients holistically and treats them as individuals."
